You can be happy always only if you learn to be happy about the smallest things in your life

There are many ways to enjoy life that some of them may lead you to hell or some of them may make you lazy. But the only positive way to enjoy life is to learn how to be happy at any circumstances by living your present moment fully.

Happiness, in fact, have very little to do with the material things or high achievements in life even though the society tries very hard to teach you otherwise. It is your outlook towards life and the quality of your relationships with the people around you makes your life more beautiful. It is a fact that improving your attitude towards life can increase happiness in your life permanently. With all those material things you can bring just a temporary and short-term happiness that lasts for a moment or a week. But gradually they will become worthless and your desire will turn to a new object. Any money you make beyond your basic needs will not necessarily make you happier. Once you make enough money to support your basic needs, your happiness is no more significantly affected by how much money you make. It is your attitude towards money that can make the difference. You must learn how to enjoy life productively. You must practice how to be happier as you go forward in life. It is beyond your bank balance or your professional achievements. We all may feel negative at some moment in our lives, but the secret to increase happiness lies in trying to bounce back and live in the moment and becoming content with everything you do.
