UltraShipTMS was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie Award in the “Best User Interface” category in The 15th Annual American Business Awards today. The burgeoning provider of logistics IT solutions also earned a Bronze Stevie Award in the category of “Best Online Newsletter” for its Supply Chain Collaborator Blog Digest. The American Business Awards is the nation’s premier business awards program.

UltraShipTMS has won Stevie Awards in 2017, 2015, 2014 and 2013 across a number of categories including Gold Stevies for “Product of the Year in 2013” and “Best Customer Support Department” in 2014 and a Silver Stevie also in 2014 for “IT Team of the Year.” This week’s award marks the second consecutive year UltraShipTMS is recognized for the exceptional user interface included in its flagship TMS software.

The winning nomination for “Best User Interface” describes the highly intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interface UltraShipTMS delivers to transportation logistics managers for the efficient planning, modeling, execution and monitoring of complex supply chain logistics activities. The judges found merit in the ability of UltraShip’s UI to position relevant information, features and functionality on a single screen eliminating the need for users to toggle between screens and emails. The other organizations earning recognition in this category included IT networking giant, Cisco Systems, management consulting firm, Accenture and Peapod, the online grocer.

The second Bronze Stevie for 2017 was awarded to UltraShipTMS’s Supply Chain Collaborator Digest – a well-regarded direct-electronic publication, delivering thought leadership on supply chain logistics technologies to a growing opt-in readership of more than 45,000. The publication aggregates content monthly, culled from UltraShipTMS’s popular Supply Chain Collaborator Blog and other industry sources. The monthly e-newsletter is a key element of the organization’s content marketing strategy and continues to enjoy solid, organic readership growth in its fourth year of existence.

“UltraShipTMS continues to earn the respect of the highest levels of the American business community and the supply chain logistics industry at large,” said Anthony Vitiello, Director of Marketing. “The bar continues to be set higher and each internal team here at UltraShip – from software development, to training & support, to marketing/sales – continues to achieve…
