St. Vincent’s Medical Center, a ministry of Ascension, announced the availability of a new digital health program to help engage families in their community and connect consumers to healthcare services offered by St. Vincent’s and local providers, right on the mobile device. The Growth Family Health Organizer is a mobile application produced by Wildflower Health, a San Francisco-based developer of mobile health engagement solutions for healthcare systems, payors and employers.
