Wanting to help her clients and other people around the world, Diana Francis wrote “The Good Hair Guide” (published by AuthorHouse UK) to teach people who aren’t hairdressers how to care for their hair.
“Today we do so much with our hair and as a society we are so consumed with how we look, our hair is what finishes our look, but people don’t really listen to the hairdressers and they want our advice when it all goes wrong,” Francis says.
Learning from the experience of being a hairdresser for more than 25 years, Francis says that her clients don’t always know how to properly take care of their hair. “The Good Hair Guide” provides information with step-by-step instruction and pictures about how to style and treat various hair types. The book also includes myths and sayings about hair, as well as details about hair loss, children’s hair and what services people should expect to find at hair salons and barber shops.
Francis hopes that this book will provide readers with the knowledge about how to look after their hair and put it into action.
