“Who will your Open Heart Celebrate?” is the question lifestyle brand Kathy Davis® poses to launch “Open Heart.” This inspiring video campaign, which invites people of all ages and backgrounds to express their love and gratitude for a special woman in their lives, launches just in time for Mother’s Day.
“We created this campaign because we live in a disconnected world,” says Kathy Davis® president Sarah Van Aken. “The goal of ‘Open Heart’ is to help people connect, open their hearts, share how they feel about someone they love and bring more joy to their life.”
The campaign features videos portraying tributes to moms, wives, daughters and granddaughters.
“We’re incredibly excited about these inspiring, compelling, heartfelt tributes, and we encourage others to make their own videos so we can share those, too,” Van Aken says. “So often we forget to take the time to tell someone how we feel about them. Every person we’ve filmed so far has really embraced this opportunity.”
When people make their own videos, they will be encouraged to use #openheart so they can share it with the Open Heart community. To assist others who wish to make their own videos, Kathy Davis® is partnering with Tribute, whose web-based platform will make their videos easy to create.
