How to Take Care of Your Eyes

As we all know, our eyes are our windows to the world. Without them, we cannot enjoy our life fully. Without them, we see practically nothing. It is necessary then that we take care of our eyes, and here are a few ways how:

1. Do not wear your contacts for longer hours.

You might have poor eyesight now but you still have to uncover ways to look after them. If you wear contact lenses, avoid putting them on for a longer period of time (say, 19 hours). The same thing goes if you use sunglasses. Do not even try to swim and sleep with your contacts on or you may damage them.

2. Take in fruits and vegetables consistently.
