LANSING – The doors had barely been open 10 minutes. Already there was a steady flow of customers.
“I’ll take the spicy chicken,” Jennifer Sherman said. “And some of the spicy zucchini, cabbage and lentils”

Rahel Musa, founder of Teff-riffic, dished a hefty portion into a styrofoam to-go package.
Musa is a vendor at the Allen Market Place, a facility inside the Allen Neighborhood Center that hosts an indoor market every Wednesday during winter months.
