Matthew Brady has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Executive Officer. He joins the company at a time of rapid growth, as the company has tripled their revenue for two consecutive years. Mr. Brady has a wealth of experience in startups and technology companies. He was previously Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer of a startup in the talent acquisition sector. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of an Internet of Things (IoT) startup that was acquired after receiving significant venture investment. Mr. Brady has also joined the AbsenceSoft Board of Directors, and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall success of AbsenceSoft.
